Consumers Against Rate Hikes

This is a site that I did for NCWARN. NCWARN was helping to try to stop a bill that the big power companies in North Carolina were trying to pass to allow them to jack their rates up every year to pay for unnecessary power plants that may or may not even be built. This site is a place for NCWARN to collect articles and information regarding the bill and their efforts to stop it. I built the site on the WordPress platform to make it easily editable by the NCWARN staff. They were looking for a patriotic theme, and a way to show some “Key Points” on the homepage. I built a cool “slider” to display the “Key Points” using jQuery. I also designed the logo.
