Babbl Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Babbl mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Babbl is a family photo and quote sharing application that allows users to capture, organize, and share memorable moments and quotes from children within private family groups.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Babbl. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and current
4. User Content
Your Rights: You retain all rights to the photos, quotes, and other content you upload to Babbl ("User Content").
License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant Babbl a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your family members.
Your Responsibilities: You represent that you have the right to upload all User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
5. Privacy and Children's Data
Babbl is designed for families to share photos and quotes of children. By using the App, you acknowledge that:
- You have the legal right to share photos and information about the children in your content
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from parents/guardians
- Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy
6. Premium Subscriptions
Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing is handled by Apple or Google, not by Babbl.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
- Use the App for commercial purposes without our permission
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BABBL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
